A beautiful Provence house, the former Bastide of the nearby Chateau situated in a prime location in the Var region of the South of France, close to the village of La Mole nestling in the Les Maures hills overlooking vineyards.  This spacious, welcoming home away from home, is perfect for a family, or friends, sleeping 10 comfortably.  

An ideal location within easy reach of many beaches by car and only 10 miles from the world renowned town of St. Tropez.  La Mole boasts a Boulangerie, Spar Shop and Restaurants including the unique Auberge de la Mole, approximately a 10 minute walk or just a few minutes by car.  In the nearby town of Cogolin you are spoilt for choice with a wide range of supermarkets.  The local airfield is used by private aircraft ideal for any pilots or perhaps a helicopter transfer from Nice Airport(can be busier at weekends & French holidays) would suit.  Additionally, the major airports of Nice and Marseille, are approximately 90 minutes drive away. While Toulon would be the nearest airport(40 mins).

Maison la Mole provides a variety of outdoor areas, a large heated swimming pool 12m x 6m and a baby pool plus a 6 person Hot Tub adjacent to swimming pool. Includes a large, stunning lounge, separate dining area and independent day room with air conditioning plus a downstairs cloakroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning with individual controls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and American fridge freezer with ice maker.  Downstairs a utility room with further storage and washing machine. The property also offers plenty of on site parking space.

Bedrooms

The property benefits from five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. Travel cots and high chair(s) are available upon request.

Bedroom 1:  Double bedroom with en suite shower, wb and wc.

Bedroom 2:  Master Suite with Super King, bath, washbasins & separate WC

Bedroom 3:  Double bedroom

Bedroom 4:  Double bedroom with bunk beds.

Bedroom 5:  Twin Room

Two shower rooms with wb and wc.

Pricing

Prices quoted below are per week based on 10 people sharing and includes a set of bedlinen and towels (additional sets available upon request, at a charge). Refundable damage deposit payable prior to arrival £1,000.
